Policies
Payment: Cash or personal check accepted
Credit and debit cards are not accepted
Deposit: One night's deposit will confirm a reservation for two nights or more.
One-half of single night's rate will confirm a reservation for one night.
Cancellation: A full deposit refund will be given if the cancellation is within 10 days prior
to the stay. Thirty day notification of a cancellation is required if the
reservation is for a for a parent/family weekend, graduation or other special
event.
If notified less than the required 10 or 30 days, a refund will be given at the
discretion of the hosts.
Check-In Time: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (flexible)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m. (flexible)
Children: Children are always welcome at Peaceful Peaks Bed and Breakfast. Parents or
grandparents are required to be with their children at all times.
Resident Pets: Peaceful Peaks has two pets, Max the dog and Sassy the cat.
Guest Pets: Peaceful Peaks Bed and Breakfast cannot accomodate guest pets.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
